Welcome to Advice Pile
As we walk down this path of life, sometimes the birds are singing, we can see the way clearly ahead, the flowers are blooming, the sun shining and we walk happily along.
But once in awhile there is a stumbling block in our way. Or a brick wall. Or a fork in the road. Or a storm is definitely coming. Those things can be really discouraging. Discouraging enough that sometimes we don't know what to do, or worse yet, we just get tired and sit down, unable to go forward.
I believe we are supposed to be helping each other along in this life; to lend a hand to the person who just got tired and sat down. Or if we learned a way around that brick wall, we should share what we have learned. If we know there is a huge boulder in the road just ahead, we should give warning. Maybe we know where there is a shelter from that storm.
You can leave religion out of it if you want to; it's just that we're on this planet together and we might as well help each other out when we can.
Here is a place to give advice and take it. We all have some to give, and much of it very good advice. Here, your advice is needed, wanted and appreciated.
My life is not perfect, and at times I need some advice. Not professional advice, usually, just the thoughts of others. Often, that is just what we need!
